Arthur Preston testified that Leinley had married his first wife in June', prior to the time that he married Miss Preston.
    F. M. Leary attorney for the plaintiff said that he had expected to have the first wife in court, but she had been delayed. This being the case he said that he would ask that the case be held open until Mrs. Lemley. N'o. I, could be brought to court.

    She is survived by her children, Judith (Robert) Johnson, of Lyons, Diane DeSain, of Geneva, Daniel Lapp, of California, Kathleen (Stephen) Longyear, of Montezuma, June (Ping) Lin, of Montezuma, Dennis (Kathy) Lapp, of Montezuma, Phyllis Wilson, of Auburn, Thomas Lapp, of Seneca Falls, and Timothy Lapp, of Montezuma; 30 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

    Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Byron Lapp Jr., in 1985; and her daughter, Elizabeth Rosington, in 2011; and a grandson, Stephen Longyear Jr., in 1988.

    Friends may call on Monday Nov. 24, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Audioun Funeral Home LLC, 218 Main St., Port Byron. Funeral services will follow at 6:15 p.m. from the Funeral Home. Private burial will be held Tuesday, Nov. 25, in Butler-Savannah Cemetery.

    In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Finger Lakes, 1130 Corporate Drive, Auburn, NY 13021.

    Services will be at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 8:45 a.m. in St. Peter's Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
